Hi there i recently dnld alcohol120 latest edition(1.9.8.7117)but iam not able to install it on ma pc it start instalation and ask for reboot n after rebootin the pc it asks again to reboot n am not able to install that iam usin the older version on my xp machine that works smoothly plz help to fix. Jul 14, 2010  During the un-install and re-install of Alcohol I had to restart several times as well, but that didn't solve it initially, so the reboot cannot have been the only resolving issue. At a loss (as with several other Win7 issues). Just to let anyone concerned know, I sent an email to Alcohol Software and got this response.IT DOES WORK, you just need to follow these steps. All credit goes to David from Alcohol Software:) Presently Alcohol is not compatible with Windows 8, we are testing a compatible version now and hope to release it shortly.

    Glossary alphanumeric Indicating letters, numerals, and characters such as punctuation marks. backfeed When the printer pulls the media and ribbon (if used) backward into the printer so that the beginning of the label to be printed is properly positioned behind the printhead. Backfeed occurs when operating the printer in Tear-Off and Applicator modes.
